Cody Earle is the Chief Executive Officer of Destructable and a hands-on leader in the renewable energy end-of-life sector. With extensive experience across wind and solar decommissioning and repower projects, he has led the safe removal and management of critical components including blades, nacelles, hubs, and balance-of-plant infrastructure in complex field environments.

As CEO, Cody is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and operational standards, guiding Destructable’s growth as a turnkey provider of decommissioning, logistics, blade size reduction, and recycling and recovery solutions. His leadership is rooted in disciplined execution, safety-first operations, and building scalable systems that deliver consistent results for clients across the industry.

A veteran and founder of VetsGiving, a nonprofit based in Amarillo that provides Thanksgiving meals to veterans, Cody brings a strong sense of service and community impact to his work. He is also a strong advocate for practical, field-driven sustainability, focused on advancing responsible end-of-life solutions that reduce landfill dependency and support a more sustainable future for renewable energy assets.
